1 Acre Cottage Lodge

Our One Acre Cottage Lodge Site is located on the 18th tee, with two additional lodges on the 1st fairway, offering versatile accommodations for groups ranging from 4 to 50 guests. Each of our three Cottage Lodges is equipped with fully furnished kitchens, comfortable bedding, gas BBQs, and recreational facilities like pool tables, card tables, and satellite sports screens. We pride ourselves on accommodating various group types, including families, sports teams, and special interest groups, with amenities that cater to all needs. The lodges are conveniently located near the WeGo Shuttle, providing easy access to Falls attractions, nightclubs, and casinos.

Our ‘Stay and Play’ packages include options for golf, complimentary pizza nights, and shuttle services to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. We offer year-round accommodations, hosting various events from NFL games in Buffalo to Niagara’s Festival of Lights. Located near major attractions like the Falls and local malls, our lodges provide a ‘Home Away From Home’ atmosphere, with over 75% of our business coming from repeat guests and referrals.
